6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment: Payments for Services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Coaching sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Hypnotherapy and equine therapy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Events and workshops: No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event date.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Site or Services.
